Happy New Year Shenzhen Shopping Carnival

Shopping festivals and carnivals are a big deal in Hong Kong attracting thousands and thousands of visitors, but just like it’s nearby neighbor, Shenzhen has it’s very own carnivals where you’re sure to grab a bargain.

The Happy New Year Shenzhen Shopping Carnival (“快乐新年”深圳购物节) is held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre from Jan 1-3 opening at 9.30am through to 6.30pm. Here you can find one hall packed with mens and womens fashion including shoes, jackets, shirts and much more. Theres and another hall packed with all types of organic produce, tea and traditional Chinese snack foods.

Where: Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC) – Get off  the subway at Huizhanzhongxin and wander out exit D and across the road and a little to the right is the main entry to the SZCEC.
