NICO Womens World Fashion Plaza

While Huaqiangbei is well known for its electronics and gadget markets it’s also the home to plenty of fashion shopping and one such place in this mega shopping district is NICO Women’s World Fashion Plaza (女人世界名店), not to be confused with Women’s World one block or so north.

Here at NICO you can find 4 floors packed with independent retailers mostly displaying women’s clothes, but there’s also plenty of handbags, shoes, and accessories to be found. There’s also some cosmetics, beauty care products and jewellery.

Price: mid-price point, a little above local market prices. At some shops here you’ll be able to haggle for a better deal, some are prices as marked.

Quality: good, but still check items over before payment.

Getting there: NICO is located on the corner of Zhenhua Road and Huaqiang North Road (Huaqiangbei Lu).

Get off at the Huaqiang Road subway station on line 1 and wander out exit A, or B, and about 5 mins walk. Or, get off at Huaqiang North Station if you are on line 2, and take exit B which is almost right at the door.

You can enter the building from Zhenhua or Huaqiang Roads.
